Custom orthotics are shoe inserts that are used to eliminate pain by aligning the bones in your foot and ankle. This helps to decrease joint and muscle pain in the foot, knee and lower back; and can be used to relieve symptoms of many common injuries including tendonitis, ankle pain, metatarsalgia, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, and more.

If you are experiencing pain while walking or running, while standing for long periods, or while playing sports, you may need custom orthotics. 

Orthotics come in a variety of styles and easily fit into dress or running shoes, work boots, hockey skates, and most other footwear.
